Orders placed through our SiNDER website will be subject to our acceptance of the order.

When you place an order on the SiNDER website you may receive a confirmation email of the order and we will provide you with estimated timescale for Delivery. You are required to check the email for accuracy and contact Customer Services immediately if there are any errors. The email will not constitute acceptance of the order by SiNDER. Your order will be accepted by SiNDER and a contract will then be formed between us, when we despatch the goods to you. If you do not receive an email please retain all other details including the date and time.
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are clearly highlighted. International Delivery charges may vary and if not specified at the time of purchase, we shall contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.

Where you have used a promotional code or any other offer during the online booking, acceptance of this order is subject to SiNDER verifying that the code has been issued to you personally and the booking order complies with all the Terms of the offer and you qualify for the code. The price of the order will be adjusted notwithstanding any email or other confirmation that you receive if do not qualify for the use and charged the correct price.

SiNDER’s intention is to keep the website up to date and error free, product description, or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you as soon as possible and before accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If Customer Services cannot reach you, we will treat your order as cancelled or when possible continue at the discretion of SiNDER and no further cost to you.

SiNDER shall always try to and get the products Delivered to you within two working days if possible (not including international customers or those living in remote areas). A signature for most products on Delivery will be required

Delivery cost from SiNDER to customers is specified at the time of purchase.
Some postal addresses in the United Kingdom and some remote areas of United Kingdom may not be covered by our Delivery services and we may not be able to arrange Delivery. International customers are subject to larger a Delivery charge and cleared payments. International customers or those living in unreachable locations shall be contacted as soon as possible to confirm any extra arrangements or costs if required to do so; if not covered at the time of online booking. If Customer Services are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled (or when possible continue; this is at the discretion of SiNDER).

SiNDER make every effort to Deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee Delivery on that day or accept any liability for Deliveries made outside this timescale. SiNDER cannot accept liability for expenses or other costs incurred due to failed, delayed Deliveries or Returns. SiNDER cannot accept any liability or cost for Orders inside or outside the United Kingdom.

All items are subject to stock availability.

All SiNDER products are thoroughly checked and recorded before dispatching.
Please note that if you wish to return items, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return them to us. You are required to contact Customer Service first. All returned items must be in the same condition as that recorded by SiNDER before dispatching to you.
If an item is faulty please contact Customer Service and SiNDER will arrange an appropriate remedy. Customised / Personalised items are non refundable. All items a checked and recorded before dispatching.
